At Leakits, we stand by the quality of our football jerseys and soccer kits. If you're not 100% satisfied with your order for any reason, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request an exchange or a refund — no questions asked!

1. Conditions for Returns

You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. To be eligible for a return:

• The football jersey or soccer kit must be in new, unused condition.
• All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact.
• The item must not have been washed, worn, or altered.

Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of shipping errors or product defects attributable to Leakits.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Personalized or customized football jerseys and soccer kits (name, number, patches, special orders).
• Sale items or discounted Mystery Boxes.
• Items showing signs of wear, damage, or use.

3. Customized Football Jerseys & Soccer Kits

According to European Union regulations (Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code), the right of withdrawal does not apply to customized products.

Customized football jerseys and soccer kits (flocked with a player name, number, or custom request) cannot be exchanged or refunded unless there is an error on our part or a manufacturing defect.

Important: Please carefully check your customization details before confirming your order. Modifications can be requested as long as the order has not yet been processed. To modify an order, contact contact@leakits.com immediately after purchase.

4. Ethical Commitment in Customization

We reserve the right to refuse the printing of inappropriate or offensive messages on our football jerseys and soccer kits. In such cases, we will either cancel the order with a full refund or ship the jersey without the customization and refund the customization fee.

5. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at contact@leakits.com within 30 days of delivery with the following information:

• Order number
• Reason for return or exchange
• Photos if applicable (defects, errors, etc.)

Once your request is validated, we will provide instructions for returning your product.

6. Refund Processing

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds will be processed automatically to your original method of payment within 5 to 10 business days.

Shipping costs, customs duties, and taxes are non-refundable.

7. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item (for size, color, or model), please contact us at contact@leakits.com. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

8. Lost or Damaged Returns

We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping your receipt as proof of shipment.

9. Exceptional Cases

In the event of a delivery error, manufacturing defect, or order error attributable to Leakits, we will cover all return shipping costs and offer you either an exchange or a full refund, depending on your preference.
